- Booking: Clients can schedule consultations via the online booking system available on our website.
- Payment: Fees for consultations and services must be paid in advance. All prices listed on the website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.
- Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled consultation will be fully refunded. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the consultation time.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their consultation with at least 48 hours’ notice.
